For those who feel a pastry is only right if it has something with raspberries in it, these are for you. Real, big raspberries, straight up.
The scone that’s always been the go-to favorite at our shop and market stand. Few can resist blueberries like those!
With whole cranberries in the mix, we have the tartest of all our flavors, well balanced and satisfying. Sprinkle sugar on top before baking for more sweetness and a little bit of crunch.
This is where oats and raisins get together somewhere besides in bread. Make your own maple glaze to top it off!
How to Bake Your Scones
Scone Baking Instructions: Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake for 28-32 minutes on top rack (use convection setting if available).
*Tips: Do not thaw dough before baking - place directly in oven;
Spray pan or parchment for easy clean up.
Optional: Sprinkle with sugar before baking for an extra sweet crunch (our favorite on the Cranberry).
